Born in Bangkok to a Thai father and Colombian mother, Nadia grew up between two dance cultures and spent her twenties working in hospitality management before pivoting into events full-time.
She launched Bangkok Ritmo Festival in 2016 with a clear ambition: to create a Southeast Asian congress that could hold its own against Europe's best, without simply mimicking the European format.
Her strength is logistics and artist experience — she is meticulous about visa support, travel coordination, and on-the-ground care, all of which matter enormously for international artists navigating Southeast Asia for the first time.
She also runs Ritmo Asia Productions year-round, organising club nights and regional workshops in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore.
